Here are TWO money saving hacks for your vendor space for this years event and GUESS WHAT???

YOU CAN USE BOTH OF THESE AT THE SAME TIME!

1. Save $10 by becoming an IN-KIND SPONSOR. Other sponsorship tiers can save more, however- In-kind sponsorships are NO COST monetarily. Common qualifying In-kind Sponsorship items would be... 

• Adding an item to the attendee event bags
• A product or service for the Event Grand Prize
• Volunteer shirts 
• Event Photo Op
• Event Food & Beverage Sponsor
• You can also qualify by adding a breakout session as an add on after you select your ticket/vendor space
• We want to hear your ideas too!

2. Does your station add an experience to the event? This would include...Make'n'Take, Custom, Samples, Try it, Do it, Wear it, Eat it... Use promo code    MAKE    at checkout to save $7/ticket

Trouble shooting for checkout:

Custom spaces reserved in yellow, must order whole section. For example the yellow spaces have 2 tickets and to get the whole space you have to order 2 tickets.

TROUBLESHOOTING: 

• Zoom in on map, then click on the dot (you may have to select it twice) to see space details. 
• There is a checkout time limit. If it times out the system locks your space for 15 before letting you start over.
• Tables requiring electricity  select  tickets  that are along the North and South walls. 
• Patio Space- a weighted down canopy/tent is highly recommended for weather.
